Hi George Yes. That's what I find so confusing as I would have thought that is the default so when MSN comes up over-riding Tools it makes me think there must be another check to make to set Google as me page, Roger ----- Original Message ----- From: George Bell To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 21, 2008 1:40 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: IE7 Home Page Hi Roger, Is Google still showing when you go back to Tools, Internet Options? If not, re-enter it, and then go down to the Apply button, and make sure you click it. George. I have entered the Google address into the box in Tools/Internet Options but it is ignored when I log on to Internet Explorer. I've looked for any unwanted programs as Chris suggested and no signs of them. I was on the Google home page and it asked me if I wanted that to be my home page. I clicked yes and did the necessary but MSN still comes up. I run scans with 4 malware detectors and found nothing but cannot change the settings from MSN. I would assume there is still a setting to alter but I cannot find it. Any help will be much appreciated. Roger
