website are you trying to access? Have you tried a different website that uses 
flash? Have you tried a different screen reader and what screen reader are you 
using at the moment?

Hi. As far as I'm aware, flash comes included as part of windows10 and 
should just work for you. if not, you could try going to:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

uncheck both boxes for google toolbar and chrome if offered and click 
download and it should install.
