Yes, it must have been extremely degrading to have everything decided by
medical professionals, and especially to be flown home accompanied by.a
nurse! That bit left me gob-smacked. Come on Airlines, this is the 21st
century!

Whilst talking about accessibility, was horrified by the story on In Touch
about the 4 blind holiday-makers who turned up in Venice to pick up their
cruise and P & O refused to let them sail. It was disgusting the way they
were treated.
