Hi Andy
If you don't want to hear from this idiot again, you could perhaps block his
address. What email programme are you using? In Outlook Express, with the
focus on the unopened message, you simply press alt + M, then s and follow
the prompt. It's as easy in Outlook but, off the top of my head, I'm not
sure how to do it.
One good thing has come out of this, though. At least you know you still
have the support of friends out here.

Hi Group, Someone on the group is sending me emails direct with an
anonymous email address, Since I put out on the group about my loss of
confidence I have started getting these, No listen good who ever you are if
you have some thing to say to me say it using the group I feel sure the
moderators would love to see them also. Or if you want give me your

to say to you but I shall reframe from doing so, you are just a gutless and
