As I have mentioned before on here, my friend also has updates downloaded
onto her computer which can't be installed.

Subject: [access-uk] I can not install an update called "Windows Genuine
Advantage Notification (KB905474)"
Hi all,
I have just checked for updates for my windows XP machine and found the
following update, Windows Genuine Advantage Notification (KB905474), I think
it downloaded successfully but I can not install it.
Should I keep trying to do this myself, or should I get the assistance of an
RNIB computer volunteer?
Thank you all in advance for your advice.
Alexander Shannon
