[access-uk] I am having trouble with a Belkin router andsetting up audible.co.uk

Hi all,
I have just tried to join audible.co.uk, but parts of their site I can not
reach due to havinga Belkin router.
A very helpful agent at audible informed me that they had come across the
problem before and sent me a useful document to help me configure the router
correctly, but that document says I need to get into the routers
configuration screen but I am not sure how to do this.
Here is the URL of the document that I was advised to read so that someone
can give me any further advice.
