Hi,

I'm not running the event merely passing on the information.  I'd imagine
this includes food and they'll give you more time and seminar style tutoring
than a customer service rep in a shop would.  Nothing to say you or anyone
else can't go down to your local Apple store.  I have heard the Apple folks
are all into the Universial Access stuff and love to show it off.  But they
might be more limited in the time they can spend with you than you'd get at
an event such as the one below.
