Open the Internet
JAWS key + 6
Press Alt
Right Arrow across to Set Options and press Enter
Down Arrow to html Options and press Enter
Press Shift + Tab
Right Arrow Across to Links Tab
Tab once to Say Link Type and make sure this box is unchecked 
Tab to Okay and press Enter
Alt f4 to close and make sure you save changes
Now someone will surely come up with a shorter way to do this but I like to 
be long-winded about these things!

Last time I did this I had to ask on this list for a
reminder of where to do it. I need to do so again, as I can 
again not find where in JAWS Onmouseover is to be turned
off. Can anybody remind me again?
