With jaws, you don't have to bother with switching the virtual cursor off, just press control tab, or, control shift q for a list box of tabs, or control one through 9 to navigate between tabs in order.

Hi, I'm assuming that your using IE7? In the edit box where you put google as your home page you can go to a new line and put the other web address that you would like.I think they will both load when you launch IE but each page will be in a separate tab.How to access each tab probably depends on your screenreader, but with WE exit MSAA mode with control shift A and shift tab back till you hear google tab control and then use the left and right cursor keys to select the tab you want and then hit enter.
