Try pressing F11 and that should sort it out.

Hello Kathrine,

When I go to a webpage in firefox with Jaws 11 and Windows XP, all that can be heard and read is the links when tabbing. Nothing is read to you when arrowing up and down to view all text and other details. Is this normal and, if not, how do you get it to work properly?
Thanks.
John.
