Hello Donna,
Since I posted my reply to your plea for help on this list, I receive
two requests which I fulfilled. I have sent the template and
instructions to you. It is a blank template so you could type in your
address and use it for setting up other templates based on the
recipient. For example, I have saved two templates, one for posting
and one for returning items. The latter one could be sent to someone
to save them writing your address when posting something to you.
Follow the instructions in the included file. Hope this solves your
problem.
