hi John.
first things first.
to close the splash screen just press tab key it always works.
next.
after lotin in to your laptop or pc start narrator go to general
settings and press tab until u find control weather narrator starts
when i sign in and open that link and click on the checkbox that says
start narrator and then click on apply and ok.
tell me if your splash screen problem is solved or no by pressing tab
key and if not ill give you another methord which u need to deal with
cmd
