[access-uk] How can i open an avgwb.err file to diagnose a problem?

Hi all,

Recently AVG version 7 has caused me problems when closing after  scanning.

I have traced the diagnostic file to one called avgwb.err but I am unable to open it.

Can anyone suggest what I should do next to find the problem please.
