[access-uk] How can I repare sapi in vista?

Hi all,
I have a problem using sapi in vista!
Using nvda and thunder the voice only works using Microsoft Anna using
thunder, and using Nvda I can't seem to load the sapi synthe can
someone help?
I don't have a vista disc as such Hope someone can help maybe have to
download sapi again.
Window's restore does not seem to work ether. thanks for any help. h
