Hi all,
Sorry to reply to my own message. however, I sent the message to which I'm
replying to both the Jaws UK and BCAB lists as well as this one, and I
received a solution from someone on the BCAB list, so the issue has now been
resolved. I can now access the type messages referred to in this thread
