Sorry for seeming a little dim with my last message, George. I thought I
couldn't delete the original icon as Windows put it onb the desktop. However,
I created a shortcut, assigned a hot key, changed the name and deleted the
original. It seems fine so far. Thanks.

Hi Barry,
This might sound a kludge, but it's how it's done.
Right Click on My Network Places. Select "Create Shortcut" from the
menu.
Now go to the newly created shortcut icon, where you will be able to do
what you want via Properties.
