Wendy what are the last two digits after LU18 and the rest of the error
message.

There seems to be quite a lot of this going on with Norton since they
updated their software to cope with the XP service pack release.

I've been having this same problem with Norton. I'm sing Norton Internet
security 2004 or whatever the lastest one is.
. I get the lou 18 message every time. I am thinking of ditching norton
altogether and finding something else.
I've done the thing from the documents, time and time again but it still
come back with that message.

From Wendy.
