I also have System Works.  Did you uninstall all the updates or what?

Hi Carol,

I am using Norton System Works 2004.  I kept my firewall on, just
uninstalled System Works.  As I said though, this may not have had
anything to do with it, Norton may have solved the problem without me
doing anything.
