Hi Jackie
I have now tried upgrading my Braille Sense both from a memory pen and
online. It has failed.
The first problem is that I downloaded the files and copied them to a
memory pen but I could not find special files for the Braille Sense Plus
QWERTY, which is the model I have. I thought I would try anyway, but
Braille Sense said the file was invalid for my machine.
When I tried updating online Braille Sense downloaded the 3 files and
then said something like "this update is not executed in this period".
I will contact Sight and Sound in the morning and let you, and everyone
else, know what happens.
I am using version 6.1, which is not the latest version, but the website
has a note about upgrading from versions before 6.2, so that can't be
the problem.
