Guys, on this UK computer Braille topic eminating from the Sense upgrade thread, what is a backslash in UK computer Braille please? I was messing around with the networking facility on the BS for a while last night, and I wanted to type a backslash into the edit box, but could I do it? No! I got too tired and went to bed. I admit I ought to know, but every combination
doesn't give me one.

Kind regards,

Hi Mike

Do you have a Braille Sense Plus or a Braille Sense Plus QWERTY? Mine is a Braille Sense Plus QWERTY and every time we have had an upgrade I have reported problems with it. I wonder if HIMS spend more time testing the version with the braille keys. To their credit, they have usually issued
a new upgrade with the problem resolved.

I have now reverted to Version 6.1, which seems to be the last reliable version for this model. My husband, Peter, is also using Version 6.1 and
will not upgrade.

I am so disappointed.I use my machine so much and would like to try the
new features.
