Hi James.

Yes, we did consider that but the connection is not always that stable, coupled with the cost, it was cheaper to go down the conference line root. the conference line also has no limits and also offers us the chance to enable international numbers, record calls, produce reports of everyone who has called in, block unwanted callers, etc at no extra cost. many thanks for the suggestion all the same.

all the best,

Mo.

Hi Mo,

So as to avoid the access pin, have you considered getting a Skype
number? They're pretty easy to get hold of and cheep, and that's what
I use for most of my calls.

The helpline will be taking place tonight between 7PM and 8PM. David
from Helping Hands For The Blind, Alan from Eyecan, and I will be on
hand to answer any questions you may have in relation to every day
living, Braille, technology etc, or if you just fancy listening in, feel
free to give us a call!

for initial contact for those who have hearing or other impairments and
find it difficult to use the phone,, you can also email us at:

for security, its worth noting that all calls may be logged and recorded
by the service, and people abusing the service with prank calls for
