[access-uk] Help with pen drive under xp

Hi

I have a 4 gb 3com pen drive. I put it on my Aunt's vista pc
and now I can't use it on xp. Windows says it needs
formatting. I have several personal files on it which I need
to retrieve if possible but if not, is there anything I can
do to get it working under xp again? When I try to format
it, it doesn't work.
