[access-uk] Help with outlook express please

Hi
My fried has lost his outlook express folders, I would like
to try and retrieve his messages if I can. He is now using
ms outlook 2003 and if possible I would like to retrieve his
e-mail from outlook express and put them into a pst file to
use with outlook 2003, what is the easiest way of doing
this?
