Adrien, you have to send the netbook back and ask them to put in an English version of Windows, at the moment, you have the French equivalent. Wish I was around to help!

Hi I have just sent my netbook back to samsung to be repaired. It came back yesterday but everything was in french. I sent it to samsung france but because I live in france. I asked them to put in an english operating system but they did it in french. I think they had to replace the hard drive as it the drive had failed. It was still under guaranty. We've got the keyboard and everything working in english but the main icons, control panel, drop down menus and everything else is in french. I have been through the regional settings, they are all in english. I have tried using it in french but it's too difficult. What else can I do to get the whole system back into english? I did ask samsung to put it in to english but they haven't, if necessary, they'll have to have it back again until they put it right. Please help me.
