[access-uk] Help with ftp explorer.

Hi all,
I have made two attempts so far, to download a large MP3 file, using ftp
explorer. The first time I got about thirty percent done, the second time I
got as far as twenty-seven percent. Please can someone tell me what am I
doing wrong. Thanks in advance for any help.
