Subject: [access-uk] Help with external hard drive

Hello all,
Hannah needs help with her hard drive. When she opens it in Windows Explorer, no files are showing, yet it's spinning. It would also seem that Windows Vista told her that the recycle bin on that drive has been damaged. What should she do short of a format, as she's got stuff on there she'd rather keep? Thanks in advance for the help.
