High Alison,

Many thanks for your reply.

Alt N does work when I download a paper from the RNIB web site, but it
doesn't work with the site I gave. But I've tried all the Alt and Control
combinations but none of them seem to work. thanks again for writing.

With best wishes,

Keith

I think you need to go into "Notifications" which will offer you the
opportunity to save or open. I use Widow-eyes ad the command to get into the
notification centre is alt N. but this might be a Microsoft keystroke so is
worth trying. Warning if you tab out of the "notification centre", you will
need to press alt N again toget back.

Alison
