Hi Adrian, Only thing I can suggest is you do a system restore to a date before you did the updates and see if things resolve. If they do, then update one thing at a time and try the Nationwide site after each update. If nothing else you should be able to identify the update that is causing the problem. This is strange. It was working alright before the weekend. I did the up-dates earlier in the week, I wonder if avast has blocked it or something like that. Have no idea why it is not working on your system. When I load the webpage in ie9, firefox 3.6.13 all my screen readers freeze up, I have tried jaws 12, nvda and super nova 12.07, I managed to complete my tasks using crome but why is this website causing problems with my screen readers? If I tab around, jaws just says tab, I asked a sighted person, the website has loaded ok. It also works ok with webbie. Why is this affecting all the screen readers and 2 of the browsers on my system? I asked dolphin tech support, their technician said that the website looks a bit strange. It is only the front or home page that is causing problems but unless I can access the log-in button, I can't get any further.
