[access-uk] Help with a possible virus.

hi all,
As i turned my computer on this morning a window
popped up with a warning for:
Trojan horse Backdoor.Generic5.TFH
i have got AVG installed on my computer it detected
this as a virus, i was wondering if anyone knows what
this is? and what it does if it gets into my computer.
i am a Windows XP, JAWS user.
I'd be gratefull for any help.
