[access-uk] Help with a Phone Problem

Hi List.
I'm using an older Nokia with Talks, and this morning I've started getting an
error message that tells me a message can't be downloaded because of a lack of
memory.
So the first thing I did was check the phone's memory, and there's 38MB free!
I've also tried the basic things like turning the phone off and on, but that
didn't help. I still get the lack of memory error message.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be going on here?
