Subject: [access-uk] Help with Zoom
Hi.
Earlier today I joined a meeting on Zoom for the first time. Unfortunately
I was frustrated because I was muted and couldn't find a way to unmute
myself. so although I could hear everybody taking part, no one could hear
me. A friend of mine told me that the person who set up the meeting should
have been able to unmute me but she couldn't so it was rather a one-sided
affair. Any help would be appreciated.
Valerie Pickles.
