David,
From within the Contacts Window, press "Options" (Key 1), and arrow down to
"New Contact". Note you can also do this from the Telephone or Log Window
when you're focused on a number about to be dialed/already dialed. In this
case, go "Options", "Add To Contacts".

I have had some kind of mental block. Could someone please remind me how to
add a new contact on my 6630? I have looked everywhere but can't find how
to do it. It has to come under contacts, but can I find it? You guessed
it, no.
I know I am going to feel an absolute idiot when someone tells me, as it
must be so obvious.
