Make sure Virtual Ribbons in JAWS is turned off.  While it simplifies things
somewhat, it breaks a lot of Office shortcut keys.

All the best

Using the above I am trying to read a two-text column document  using JAWS
LATEST. In Office 10 I would tap Alt+w then E to bring up the draught view.
Looking in the ribbon menu the same key sequence should apply. However it
doesn't. JAWS  STILL REPORTS TWO TEXT COLUMNS DESPITE THE DRAUGHT VIEW BEING
CHECKED IN THE RIBBON. Any ideas please.
