Hi Petrina.
No problem, Firefox works exactly the same as Internet Explorer in terms of web navigation with screen readers. Some things behave differently, like for example you need a plug-in to display flash content, but otherwise nothing is vastly different.
Take care.

Hi Chris,

You recommended using Webvisum, but you said that it only works with
Firefox. I no absolutely nothing about Firefox, because I use internet
explorer.
All the best

Hi Petrina.
There are two solutions, Solona and Webvisum. Solona works with any
browser while Webvisum works with Firefox only. I recommend Webvisum
for the time being as Solona requires a human operator to solve the
captcha. Sadly the developer of Solona has taken ill and has been so
for quite a while now. So it is often offline. Webvisum on the other
hand is an automated service and so is online about 99% of the time.
Please contact me on or off list for further help.
Take care.

Hi all,

I am trying to change my email address, on play.com, and on 7digital. On
play.com there is a CAPTCHA code image, and if you can't see it, there
is a link that says Speak the code. But each time I type in what it
says, I get told Characters entered are incorrect. I did phone them and
explained my problem, and asked them if they could change my email
address for me, and they said they couldn't help me. And on 7digital I
have got the same problem, but this time it says, Please enter the
characters from the image above. But this time there is no audible
output, to tell you what it is. Now I think there are programs out there
to help, but as I have never come up against this problem before, I
don't no what they are. So if someone can help me, with this problem I
would be very grateful.
All the best
Petrina
