Hi all,
I am trying to change my email address, on play.com, and on 7digital. On
play.com there is a CAPTCHA code image, and if you can't see it, there
is a link that says Speak the code. But each time I type in what it
says, I get told Characters entered are incorrect. I did phone them and
explained my problem, and asked them if they could change my email
address for me, and they said they couldn't help me. And on 7digital I
have got the same problem, but this time it says, Please enter the
characters from the image above. But this time there is no audible
output, to tell you what it is. Now I think there are programs out there
to help, but as I have never come up against this problem before, I
don't no what they are. So if someone can help me, with this problem I
would be very grateful.
