Subject: [access-uk] Help with BT Graphite 2100

Hello all.
This is for anyone who has this very phone.
Ever since mid morning I have been unable to make calls and answer
incoming calls. When I press the call button, all I am getting is two
beeps, no dial tone. The screen also shows "busy" apparently. Also on
the screen is "1 new call". With my support worker's help everything
seems to be fine. I have even reset the phone to no avail. One more
suggestion is to switch the phone off overnight and try it again in
the
morning.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've only had this phone a
month
and there is a 1 year guarantee. So if necessary I will take it back
and
ask for a replacement.
Many thanks.
Take care.
