Hi Sunil, Yes, you can download .WMA files again from 7Digital. All the best Steve _____ From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sunil Sent: Thursday 5 February 2009 22:41 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Help with 7digital.com I think you can download the track again from my locker on the 7digital site. Maybe try first before deleting the one you've got already. I've only ever bought stuff in mp3 format from 7digital and there might be some licensing issues that mean you can only download tracks in Windows Media format once. I doubt it, but it's probably worth making sure you can download it again before deleting the one you've got. _____ From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Marie Baisez Sent: 05 February 2009 21:29 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Help with 7digital.com Upon recommendations from this list, I purchased a few tracks from 7digital.com. Being new to this game however, I didn't pay attention to the fact that one of the tracks I purchased was inWM format rather than MP3. When I went to download it I was informed that I needed a licence to play the track but the site was blocked by my browser. Couldn't find the info bar before the page changed. The track was downloaded to my computer but, now, I cannot play it. If I try to do so with Winamp, the computer hangs and nothing happens until I shut down. If I try to play it with Mediaplayer, I get a message saying the link to the licence cannot be found. I'm invited to click on a link for assistance. From this link, I can email 7digital customer service, well, I could if I could read the captcha I have to copy for the mail to be sent. Are you still with me? What can I do now? Is it ok to delete the track from my PC to try to download it again from my Locker on the 7digital site? Will the licence problem be resolved then? What is the purpose of the program I had to download from there? The track in question is: If I were a boy by Biancing, should I try to find it in MP3? don't really fancy paying for it again even if it was just 1.50 Euros. Advice and comments more than welcomed, off list if preferred. Looking forward to any reply. In advance thank you. Cheers now, Marie
