Thanks for this, but it’s not quite the point. When we go to 973, we now get
audio described programmes an hour later than originally broadcast, where we
used to get them at original broadcast times. In other words, we get the audio
described equivalent of channel 131, and sighted family members call me a liar
when I say that according to 996, I should be getting London ITV + 1 and not
‘ITV A D’. So if I want described ITV, I’ll have to wait an hour, and watch a 9
o’clock drama at 10.

Clive, if you call up channel 996 on your sky remote this lists every station
available. Like you I use 973 for ITV with AD
