Hi Adrian,

3 weeks is sometime back, granted. But you can always undo the last restore
poitn if it doesn't work. As George has already said it shouldn't effect data,
i.e. stuff in the downloads folder, my documents etc.

It's probably the most simplest thing I'd tired first if looking at the machine.

Barry.

Hi Barry

Mum says she has been having problems for about 3 weeks, but
I think the problem has been there since she installed
firefox. Not exactly shore. It is windows 7 home premium 64
bit.

Regards

Adrien

Hi Adrian,

Is this a recent thing? How about running System Restore to
a time when you can remember it working?

Shout if you need instructions, and please say what the
Operating System is.

Regards,
Barry. example,

Hi my mum is still having problems with her laptop, she
recently installed firefox, it disabled java, now when she
loads any game sites such as book worm, she gets the java
symbol come up and it says it is unable to load all
resources, any ideas please. We have downloaded and
installed the latest java, no joy, we have also tried the
previous version of java but it doesn't help. Mum has
installed ie9, she has removed firefox, we still can't get
it to work. We are struggling with this one. We are also
having similar problems with adobe flash.

Regards

Adrien
