Thanks so much for the help. I installed the app that you suggested, but things still seemed to be the same. But yesterday I had been playing around with some of the FireFox options, so after changing everything back, success, much appreciated.

Hi Jim,

Please go into the Window-Eyes control panel, control-Backslash, then App
Manager, then down to Appget. Load Appget and find Firefox Enhanced. This 
is an app or script.  Hit install and your problems should go away.

If they don't, please feel free to ring me on the numbers at the foot of
this Email and we'll help you sort it for free, as we support Window-Eyes
anyway.  If push comes to shove, I can remotely log in and install the
script for you.

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if any kind soul might be able to help.  I've just started
to use Fire Fox with WindowEyes 8, and everytime I'm on a web site, the page
keeps refreshing, and throwing me back to the top! Is there something that 
I can do to stop this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and possibly save my tiny brain from 
stressing out any more.
