Hi.
You may wish to try the Radiothermostat products
http://www.radiothermostat.com/support.html
I am reliably informed that they are accessible, but am not sure
about use in the UK, you may wish to ask the company about that. You may
also wish to check with your utility, some of them are either offering
thermostats for sale which can be controled over the internet, or even
giving them away.
I hope this is of use.
        Aman

Subject: [access-uk] Heating Thermostats accessibility

Hi Guys,

Anyone got any information about accessible RF wireless thermostats. There
are some US models which have speech but these are wired and apparently, not
for UK use.

Grateful for any information.

Steve
