HI Daren: thanks for this info. I was on the phone to them yesterday, and described with some detail how I saw their new pages, and with the help of one of their team, we wrote an email describing how the screen reader could not access the new format. also, sky accessible customer services will talk sky plus customers through setting things up manually re remote record if you tell them what prigs you like watching. they will even go through a days listings for a particular channel for you and help you set up a recording for a programme. I'm glad they are onto the fault, but have to ask the question as to why the accessible listings and remote record seem to be broken every time they revamp their website? this isn't the first time this has happened. Hope to hear from you soon. From Martin. This is just for those like Martin and myself who were disappointed to find problems using the screen reader friendly part of the TV guide over the last couple of days. I dropped a line to the Sky accessibility folks this evening and within 45 minutes received a very prompt response. Here's the relevant part. Start Quote: At present we do have a technical issue with the screen reader accessible pages on the TV guide, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and can assure you all is being done to find the cause of the issue and get this resolved ASAP. End Quote. So all in all not to bad. Just looks like a temporary problem after all. Good news. Darran
