Well if you have a hearing loss (like I do too) you are going to get some leakage when you crank it up. I use the Sennheiser HD228-2 and they clamp your head nice and tight making the sound a bit louder. A better solution which would create less leakage is to see if your hearing aids (if you wear them that is) supports a streamer. Phonak have one for their devices it is called the iCom and is brilliant. I even use it for listening to JAWS babble on at work and still able to hear what is going on in the office. It also has a built in Microphone and uses bluetooth too. Oticon have just brought one out for their aids and Siemens has had one out for a while.
