HI Amro - yes I had a machine from them at the beginning of the year. I got a little concerned as it didn't seem to be progressing through the online tracking system very quickly as the expected delivery date was approaching so I gave them a ring and was re-assured that the suggested date was just that a suggestion but that the machine would be shipped within a couple of days of that. A down side of machines being built to order. Sure enough it did arrive 2 days after the initial suggested date. When it arrived there were a couple of minor issues. The screen had been shipped with a European power lead rather than a UK lead. Luckily I had an existing lead which I was able to use until PC specialist shipped me the correct lead. They say the screens are bought from an importer and shipped out without any repackaging so it was not their mistake directly but they were quite apologetic. Also the CD drive draw was a litel sticky for the first few uses. A jolt in transit I suspect. Those numerous niggling issues aside the machine it's self is excellent, performs well, and has given me no concerns. It is a bit noisier than I'd realised it would be but then I did go for a higher spec power supply and fan.
