Hi Alex.If you've checked your card details and spoken to your bank, it could be your machine that's causing the problem. Sometimes if you turn off scripting or limit the use of cookies, transactions won't go through properly.

Hi Chris, When you say you used world pay and you got them to convert to UK currency, do I take it that you mean that you selected UK currency as the currency in which you wished to pay? I ask this, as I selected UK currency and yet I had the problem twice. I've just spoken to my bank and they say there is no problem at their end, so I'll have to talk to the support team for Internet Download Manager and see what they can do for me.
