Hi Douglas, No, you don't have to start with Insert-tab. You only need to do that, if you need a list of those elements. If you want to jump from element to element, or in reverse, you can do this without insert-tab, just by hitting the quick key, S for list, Shift S for reverse list, I for List Item, Shift I for reverse list Item, if you see what I mean.
