Catherine,

The only way I have found to change replies to text format is to do it as
you compose the email.

When in the body of the email select alt and o for the format menu, and then
select t for text. If the email is in html it will ask you to confirm you
want to change the format, so just hit enter to do so.

Subject: [access-uk] HTML messages in Outlook 2000

Hi,

When I send messages they go out in plain text. But when I reply they go in
HTML. Can anyone tell me where, in Outlook 2000, I stop this replying in
HTML? I've looked in Tools/Options/Mail Format and can't find it, but
probably missing something...

Catherine
