Catherine:

Yes, they played about with the front end of the web pages last week which
has slowed it down quite a lot.
The only solution which I have come up with is to bookmark the log-in page
and call it from my desktop.

Subject: [access-uk] HSBC internet banking

Hi,

Does anyone here use HSBC internet banking? And have you found lately
that JAWS/your computer slows down/becomes unresponsive when using it?

Lately whenever I go there, after I click the link to log on JAWS
responds very slowly until after I've signed in which is quite
annoying. This happens on two different machines, one running Windows
XP and one Vista, both running JAWS but different versions. Also
different versions of Internet Explorer.

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced the same/has any thoughts...

Catherine
