How did you get on with the C5 Carol? Did you consider a warm re-set *#77800# ----- Original Message ----- From: "Carol Pearson" <carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [access-uk] HOW TO RESET A C5

Hi all,

Sorry, I'm not currently on a phone list with Talks and don't normally have these questions, but I do have a problem with our spare phone which is a C5.

Unfortunately, it got left around for too long without charging (I think) and, when I found it and plugged it in, it gave me the beep to indicate charging. However, despite all efforts, I can get no further with the phone at all and have learned that the screen appears blank.

I'm not convinced its battery is totally deaf, though of course I could be wrong; so, what now?

I would be grateful for a full explanation of how to perform whichever steps you suggest.

Thanks.

Carol P
