Hi Carol,
If your friend doesn't have drop box, the easiest way to share the file
would be to copy the file to the public folder in your drop box. Then use
the applications key to bring up the context menu and arrow down to copy
public link and press enter. This copies a link to the file on to your
clipboard which you can then paste into an e-mail to your friend who can
then use that link to download the file in the normal way.
